Tried and True is an ode to classic quilting. There is not much more traditional than an Ohio star and a nine-patch, but instead of the traditional chain nine-patch this pattern features a grid style instead. With the sashing, Tried and True is a nice little twist on an all-time favorite.
While you'll need bigger pieces of fabric for the Ohio stars, the nine-patches and sashings could be a great way to use up scraps.
